Wedding Package
The Wedding Package includes the use of the Sanctuary, Banquet Room, and rooms for Groom and attendants, and for the Bride and attendants, limited use of the kitchen with managing by Event Coordinator- for weddings only

Use of microphone and blue tooth sound system

Use of tables and chairs in Banquet Room or upstairs if needed
​
Use of black and /or beige tablecloths
​
Use of outdoor patio- tables and chairs can be set up outside when weather is good
​
Use of the kitchenette with a 14 cup coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge
12 hours for Wedding Day rental, can be split into two days, using part of the time for set up and rehearsal the night before

Access to building for planning, set up, and rehearsal, as coordinated with Event Coordinator

Note: As this is an original floor plan from 1894, it does not have every ADA accommodation. Please discuss concerns or questions with Event Coordinator.

Renter Responsibilities
If serving alcohol, a Liquor License needs to be obtained by the server. The Caterer serving alcohol must also have a Liquor License. Alcohol server is responsible to ensure that no minors are served and guests are drinking responsibly.
Renter is responsible for removing all their personal items following the event; removing garbage and leaving areas clean, that are used for the event.

DEPOSIT FOR WEDDING PACKAGE: $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit
A $100 deposit is required upon reservation and will go toward the rental cost. This deposit will not be returned if cancellation is less than 1 month before event date. Full balance of rental amount is due 30 days prior to the event. Please contact event coordinator/manager for total price.

Banquet Room Rental
When renting the Banquet Room, you will have access to the Banquet Room, Restrooms, and side room/ "nursery", as well as the kitchenette; which includes a mini fridge and sink and 12 foot serving counter. The Thistle Hill kitchen is not for public use.
